What type of magnets are used?
We are using N52-grade neodymium magnets — the strongest and highest-quality magnets available on the market.
What is the product’s operating temperature range?
The product has been tested in temperatures ranging from –30°C to 70°C, with the magnets and adhesive tape rated to withstand temperatures exceeding 80°C.
Is the product weather-resistant?
The 3M double-sided tape provides excellent water resistance, while the product itself features a UV-resistant coating and complete water protection.
Does it damage the paint when removed?
When removed carefully using the proper solvents, it won’t leave a single scratch or mark on the paint.
How strong is its holding power?
There are different versions, but in general, it can withstand everyday conditions — including speeds over 300 km/h, impacts from rocks, heavy rain, and even high-pressure water.
Is it TÜV-certified?
Not yet — certification is in progress, and the product will be TÜV-certified soon.
Does it require screws?
No screws or tools are required — everything you need for installation is included in the kit.
What’s included in the kit?
The kit includes four magnetic holders — two for the car side and two for the license plate side (asymmetric), along with alcohol wipes, dry wipes, screws, and optional primer wipes.
What are the steps for installing the kit?
1. Remove the license plate.
2. Clean the areas on both the car and the license plate where the holders will be attached using the provided wipes.
3. (Optional) Apply the primer wipes to the cleaned areas on the car and the plate for stronger adhesion.
4. Remove the tape covers from the car-side holders and stick them onto the car.
5. Remove the remaining covers and firmly press the license plate into place.
6. That’s it — you’re good to go!
What type of tape is used?
Uses 3M VHB tape — a top-of-the-line, industrial-grade adhesive designed for automotive use and known as the strongest double-sided tape on the market.
If I can pull it off, can other forces like wind, rocks, sand, snow, or rain do the same?
Yes, but it’s very unlikely. The product is designed to be removed only in one precise direction and requires sustained force to do so. Indirect forces like wind, rocks, sand, snow, or rain are met with strong mechanical resistance — the magnets only need to hold against force from a single specific direction.
Can it withstand shocks and minor impacts?
Yes, all components are fitted with flexible materials, allowing the product to absorb and resist indirect forces or minor impacts through its mechanical design.
The license plate could definitely be stolen.
False. Ordinary holders are very easy to pry off — someone with bad intent can steal a plate from a standard holder just as easily, and doing so is, of course, illegal.
Why would I want a removable license plate?
It adds some spice to the whole build — more style, more character. License plates make cars look ordinary :)
It’s made of plastic, so it must be weak.

Does it rely solely on magnetic force?
Unlike competing products, the magnets hold only a fraction of the total force — the majority is supported by mechanical resistance. Even if the magnets were to fail completely, the mechanical structure would still hold. The product is engineered with extremely tight clearances and a specialized design that locks all components securely in place.
Why are screws included?
Some users prefer additional mechanical reassurance, so screws are included for optional use. However, installation with screws is not necessary.
